Terms of Service

These terms explain the main rules for using Tiko List, including shared lists, reminders, AI features and subscriptions.

Last updated: April 28, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading or using Tiko List, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When a change is material, we will try to notify you in the app, on the website or through another reasonable channel.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a custom EULA is provided.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity carried out through it.

Tiko may use Sign in with Apple or other supported authentication methods. You should provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

3. Lists, content and sharing

You remain the owner of content you add to Tiko, such as lists, items, notes, dates, images and prompts given to Tiko AI.

When you share a list, invited people can view or edit content according to the permissions you choose. Only share information you have the right to share.

We may process your content to provide the service, sync devices, generate reminders, enable collaboration and respond to AI requests.

4. Smart features

Tiko AI, voice transcription, photo capture and lists on demand are assistive tools. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

You should review generated content before relying on it, especially for shopping, travel, important tasks, deadlines or decisions with financial, medical or legal impact.

Do not use Tiko to generate, store or share illegal, abusive, discriminatory or privacy-invasive content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Calendar, reminders and notifications

Tiko may create reminders, daily summaries and calendar sync when you grant permissions. These features depend on your device, operating system, network and third-party services.

We do not guarantee that a notification, alert or sync will always arrive at the expected time. Keep your own checks for critical commitments.

6. Paid plans and App Store

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, trials, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store when you purchase through iOS.

You can cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tiko available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, platform changes or events outside our control.

We may add, change or remove features to improve the product, comply with legal requirements or protect users and infrastructure.

8. Limitation of liability

Tiko is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or fitness for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, reminder failures or decisions made based on content generated by the app.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there is abuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms or a legal obligation.

You can stop using Tiko at any time and request deletion of your account or data through the available support channels.

10. Contact

For questions about these terms, privacy or support, contact the Tiko team through the channels shown in the app or on the App Store page.
